"The front staff and nurses were friendly and were able to help me with my questions about scheduling and bookkeeping and such. Dr. Howard made me feel comfortable and was pretty straightforward, able to explain what was going on and what to do about it without making me feel like I was being pressured into anything. All told I had a very positive experience."
"Not going to post my medical history on Google reviews, but if your insurance provider is accepted at another Urology clinic within 15 miles of this one go to them. I only went to this practice, because I used to go to another location of the same group and they already had me as a patient technically. Obviously each location has totally different doctors though."
"Worst customer service. I called to make a new patient appointment and was told to have a doctor give a referral before they can make an appointment. How do you stay in business with out new patients? Won't be going here."
