"This clinic was great under Dr. Evans. The new ownership is greedy and wants to schedule unnecessary appointments. They constantly lose track of prescription requests and have to be called MULTIPLE times to just get something filled. They don't answer the phone and it goes to the voicemail of someone named "Chicken", which is INCREDIBLY unprofessional. They don't answer voicemails and I had to spend a week repeatedly calling just to get a prescription filled and when I finally did, they said they've had it for a week and just hadn't done their job. If you're thinking of going here, DON'T, and if you already go here, find a new provider ASAP."

"Things are new at this office. Way different. 5 star now! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I will agree with the really older bad reviews as the old staff was downright rude sometimes! But…… The old doctor and staff are gone! Jill Ashby PA is awesome and the only PA or original doctor left after a major ownership and staff change at this Family Medical Center. Jill Ashby is the greatest! Our family has gone here for years and we are so grateful Jill Ashby PA is still there. She is knowledgeable, thorough and takes time with you. The new staff are awesome too! They are very friendly and understanding with every visit or call. We stayed through all the changes and we are sure glad we did. Give them a try. You will be pleased with the care you receive."

"This practice has gone downhill. I made an appointment on Thursday for Friday at 8:15AM. I was told to call 10 minutes before to check in. Fast forward to Friday morning, I called at 8 to verify some insurance stuff…went to the call center. Then I tried to call again 10 minutes before my appointment (8:05) and it went to the call center again. I couldn’t even get ahold of anyone at the office for my appointment. I left 2 messages with the call center and no one tried to get back with me that day or even today I haven’t heard anything. I had to call them and explain what happened. It’s just very unorganized and it seems like they don’t actually care about the wellbeing of their patients."

"They are always nice and hopeful you kind of sucks that doctor Stanley Evans is in trouble and I hear hes lost his license but ever since I was in junior high high high school somewhere along in there everybody knew that he was a guy you could go to if you wanted certain prescriptions written.... I graduated in 80 if that tells you how long hes been doing that... Over-prescribing medications that damn near killed my mother and I'm pretty sure hes the reason why she's blind in one eye, He prescribed medications that damaged my mother's kidneys and he knew she had renal problems. I could go on and on but I've been telling her to get rid of that doctor for 30 years, the nurse practitioners are good they're sharp they're on the ball they pay attention and they are great. At least one of the other doctors is not there anymore and I'm fairly sure this doc group practice/office is circling the drain slowly."

"Dr. Evans is a great Dr. However his office staff and billing is horrible. With each visit I was told I dont owe anything with a feeling of being rushed out. However I get a call from collections stating I owe $$. I never had a problem with paying each visit always offered. Kinda comes with the territory. Will definitely be looking for another health provider. Office admin is worthless and obviously does not represent Dr. Evans well"
