Be Well Primary Care - Denton

"I would have given this company a five star review until last week. I was dealing with Dee on account of my prescriptions because I am leaving the country for an extended period of time. I spoke to Dee last week. She was very short and said I should call her to remind her to call the prescription in yesterday. I spent the whole day on the phone, trying to get a hold of somebody and left messages. no one returned my calls. Today a hold of somebody by the name of Carla. She informed me that Dee no longer works there. I had to explain what was happening and why I needed the medication refilled in the quantity that I needed it. she said she would send it to the person that is replacing the Dee. She was obviously in a hurry or in a bad mood, while talking to me. Carla hung up on me while I was talking. I was trying to tell her to make sure she let them know that I need it called in today. I still can’t believe she hung up on me after I spent the whole day yesterday, trying to get a hold of them! I called back and spoke to somebody else who told me Carla’s name. I told him that I was not happy with the situation and then fact that she had hung up on me. I must say that I normally deal with Andrea Cummings and she definitely deserves a five star rating. However, they need to do something about getting more people to answer their phone lines This was the second time that I haven’t been able to get a hold of anybody when I needed and they need to talk to SOME of their people about with clients. Most of the girls that deal with before at the office are really nice. It was unfortunate that this had to happen."
