"While the staff is friendly, this office is hot garbage. I've had to deal with a lot of Dr's offices over the years, including TriCare, and I have never had to wait so long in my life. Doesn't matter if you are on time, or early, you will wait a MINIMUM EVERYTIME of 45 mins to over an hour. 11am appointment, check in and don't bother getting there before noon. Dr Rasooli is pushy, doesn't listen, and it is extremely frustrating. I do know she has since left, but the last time I was in there she wouldn't listen, she wanted to talk about her personal life and was completely unprofessional. I asked specifically for help sorting my allergies and breathing issues, her solution... Xanax. Okay thanks. I don't need this but cool. When you ask them to do your yearly check up and run the tests covered, they run a whole bunch of extra things and then send you a large bill after saying it was all covered. Now prescriptions... Rather than sending to my mail order service they consistently sent them to a local pharmacy, causing medications to not get refilled and for me to play phone tag getting things sorted. Change insurance... they won't transfer your prescriptions instead tell you to make an appointment to come in... What part of you aren't my office anymore. I could not be happier that I no longer have to deal with them."
