"Doctor Craig Smith, DO. He was very thorough and adamant about the care and treatment for me. He made certain that I left him with the fullness of a clear understanding on all of what I was to do before and again after he prescribed any medication to me. His staff were very nice and helpful also. You will be taking care of if you happen to ever be in a need of medical advice or medical services. "Docter didnt seem to care all that much but at least everyone else was nice. Overall if you have health issues just deal with it unless your rich of course, 200 plus for a 45 min visit where i saw the doctor for maybe 15min. What a joke"

"Got to wait at home for the 2 hour wait, which is great when you have the flu. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire visit, from the nurse to Doctor Lin. I would definitely recommend seeing them!"

"Front desk lady and nurses were incredibly kind. Doctor didn’t seem to care to listen to all of my symptoms, and never even told me my diagnosis. He was in the room with me for MAYBE 5 minutes at most and then sent me on my way. This would make sense if the office was busy, but there was absolutely no wait."

"If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. I went here for the first time two years ago and made sure to say multiple times from the start of my visit I was about 20 weeks pregnant and needed pregnancy safe medication. I was still prescribed eye drops that weren’t pregnancy safe and had to call after picking up my prescription to once again repeat this information for a new prescription. Luckily I’m a nurse and knew what would be safe. This past weekend I tried taking my toddler son who was very sick to be seen around 7:30 pm. When we walked in the lady working at the front desk was hunched over so far down in the chair I didn’t think anyone was out front. I explained my son’s symptoms and wanting to be seen. Her first response was “we close in 25 minutes” followed up by “you could be seen tomorrow if you want” they basically refused to see us in a very confusing way while the parking lot and office was empty all because they wanted to leave at 8 pm on a Saturday. As a nurse I’m appalled! I can’t imagine telling my patients my shift is over in 30 minutes so I can’t care for you. As a nurse I knew what needed to be assessed and tested and we could’ve been in and out quickly. Luckily we found somewhere great where everyone was professional and caring! DO NOT GO HERE! They are incompetent and uncaring."
