"If I could give them anything less I would. We initially were told that we would need to pay cash until the insurance kicked in and after insurance kicked in they would process the visits through insurance. Today I called to provide the insurance information and was told by the office manager Brittany that they don’t advise that and then she said the visit has to be within 30 days. I did have a visit within the 30 days and she said she would not file the claim with the insurance. The doctor was helpful during our visit and confirmed that they could file the visits under the insurance once the insurance was approved so it’s a shame they didn’t stick to their word. $420 in question here, but I guess that means more than their reputation. For Brittany to be an office manager, she definitely lacks customer service skills."
"Dr O, the PA and his staff have been amazing with my son and I. My son has autism and has had to have lots of referrals for ABA, occupational and speech therapy, and ABA therapy. It's been a bit overwhelming for me and when we first started coming here 2 years ago; it was very overwhelming for my son. They have worked with him and with me...take their time with the visit, address my concerns, are patient with my son, and are encouraging and have asked me how I was doing the times I've been frazzled. Dr O and his staff are exceptional, my son likes coming here for his visits now ❤️ and the medical assistants and front desk staff are so accommodating and kind! Special shout out to Ms. Britney!"
"My wife and I love Dr. Onyeama and his staff. He has been our son’s pediatrician since he was born, and he is now our newborn daughter’s pediatrician as well. He is always very attentive and makes sure to take the time to answer all questions. Dr. O even takes the time to give my son attention and interact with him, as well as including him as a little helper when he attends visits for his little sister. It’s very apparent that they truly care for the children they see. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a pediatrician."
"I definitely don’t recommend coming here. I was charged $120 for my doctors appointment even though I had Medicaid. They also don’t wear gloves when they are doing a check up on your baby."
