"I’m not going to lie. My wife and I were nervous and scared to come here after we had already made our appointment here for our first pregnancy, after reading the reviews on here. My wife was hoping the staff didn’t ruin her experience as a first “mother to be” prenatal appointment. lol But the staff was lovely. From the time she checked in with the receptionist to Leah doing her sonogram (Leah was so informative and sweet) , Michelle being the medical assistant (Michelle was such a soothing person to have and she helped my wife stay at ease when she was nervous. She is very sweet with a great sense of humor). Dr. Mbah was amazing and informative and caring."

"Made an appointment here because I started bleeding 02/07/2024 I was pregnant. They scheduled me for 02/13/2024 at 2:30. Found out 02/11/2024 I miscarried at the ER. I explained that to this clinic when I scheduled my appointment and spoke to the lady on the phone. Now fast forward to my appt I arrive early they get me back at 2:30 and take me to the sonogram room I explained to the lady I had miscarried and went to the ER to find out. She was confused and pulled up my record then went to speak to the Dr. who said no reason for a sonogram ok. Then the lady put me back in waiting room and there is one other person there with me and said Dr will be with you shortly. Well as I sit and wait more people start coming in for there appt and get called back immediately. So I decided to cancel my appt Didn’t feel like that was good service."

"This office is run horribly. Between constant appointment cancellations, unexpected staff changes, not being properly informed about what to expect (which was immediately noted as a common occurrence), improper care, dishonestly and/or rushing and misexplaining options that ended up costing me hundreds of dollars unnecessarily, not being able to reach people, and nobody ever being on the same page, I cannot rate this office low enough. I'm sure some of the individuals cared, but as a system it is atrocious. I cannot believe I had so many problems on every level in just a few months. This is the only medical office I've ever had any issue with and it was so unbelievably awful. I'm sure there must be reasons because I can't see anyone wanting this to be their level of care but it's truly mind boggling and frankly unacceptable."

"I've been with this practice since 2010. I adored Dr. Taylor and she took wonderful care of me through all three of my pregnancies and deliveries. Since she left it's gone down hill. I can't even begin to express my frustration with them. I go yearly for my well women and EVERY. SINGLE. YEAR they call a few days before my appointment to cancel it because they have an "office meeting" seriosuly?! Why are they scheduling meetings during working hours and not before or after? Doesn't matter if the appointment was at 9am 1pm or 3:45pm I've been canceled with the excuse of "office meeting" I just left my appointment after not being seen and waiting over an hour. No one offered to tell me they'll be with me in X amount of minutes or that they were running behind. No "sorry for the wait" NOTHING! It's poorly run and no communication."
