"Okay so this is devastating. I have been a patient at this office for years... Now after reading these reviews, I am concerned that over 7 years of my medical history has GONE away. What happened here? Why hasn't this office responded to calls/ emails and or google reviews? I just read that a patient showed up the office and was confronted with a sign on the door, stating this tenant has been evicted. Oh I really hope this isn't true, as I have been going to see Nurse Practitioner Veronica Sirals for many years and 7-8 years of my medical records are on file with this office. I really hope someone will do the right thing and reach out to all and any existing patients and advise what we can do to recoup our medical records. This whole situation makes me uncomfortable and my anxiety flair up! Good Grief, someone from My Healthcare Place please see this and DO THE RIGHT THING! Your patients trusted and depended on you.... I am soo sad that this has happened not only myself but any other patients that used this this office as their Primary Care provider.** I literally feel sick ** this feels soo shady!"

"My family and I have had horrible experiences in Denton regarding medical providers for my child, and Your Healthcare Place was no exception. Veronica Sirls and her staff failed to report 7 of my daughter's vaccines to the Health Department (after reassuring me every visit that her staff would do this). Additionally, the clinic closed out of nowhere due to non-payment of rent with no notification to their patients. This is all after Veronica reassured my family that she's been practicing at Your Healthcare Place for 8 years and wasn't going anywhere. That lasted less than one year, and she has disappeared. We have been trying to track her down and get proof of my daughter's vaccines for the past two months. Update: If you are experiencing our situation--as we have learned we are not the only patients affected by this--we were able to secure vaccine documentation through the pharmacy where we would pick up the vaccines before Veronica's office would administer them. The state health department accepted that documentation, so I hope this review helps another family affected by Veronica's lack of professionalism and courtesy to her patients."

"I suffer with great anxiety when it comes to doctor's offices. Veronica and her staff has reassured me that they are here for me! She shows great concern for my health with every visit, especially this past visit on Sept 14, 2022. She and her medical assistant went the extra mile to make sure I was OK, and from my previous experiences with doctor's, not all are attentive as Mrs. Veronica. I will recommend her to anyone! She deserves your visit!"

"I have come to find this is the most inconsiderate medical practice I’ve ever encountered. I have more than enough examples of their lack of concern for me but what just happen to my mom is what takes the cake for me. My mother had been experiencing pain in her body and overall not feeling the best. She had been trying to get her diabetes under control and was having some effects as a result of it. I had a doctors appointment and decided to give it to my mom instead. She left from the appointment feeling so brushed off because she said Veronica barely took the time to see her. She tried to get her to address an issue experienced and was told by the doctor that she couldn’t address that because her appointment was not for that. What!!! So while I’m here you can’t look at an issue I’m having because it wasn’t outlined in my appointment. Who does that??!! She left there feeling bad with really no answers. That was Thursday. By Friday she grew weaker and Monday my mom was admitted to the hospital for something Veronica could have diagnosed when there if she took the time. The very thing my mom was trying to ask her and show her that she wouldn’t look at was the issue that landed her in the hospital. Medical professionals are here to assist with helping people feel better and get back to a better medical way of life. Her lack of care and concern totally destroyed that hope. She sets these appointments to keep having people come back for money. She never remembers what she says because she’s all over the place and when we ask for her to own up to it, we are made out to be the liars. She uses home remedy ideas to help cure medical issues that fail. I’m a witness to that. She barely has any staff and is so behind on follow up calls and honoring referrals that people have to seek emergency help to get what they need. My mom could have seriously been in trouble medically if I didn’t rush her to the hospital. I’m grateful for the medical staff that stepped in to rectify what Veronica disregarded and had no care to look into. She needs to close the door of her practice until she can rebuild it back to the intent she committed to when establishing."
