"When I first had to come here the doctor and nurses were very nice and I could handle them, but the disrespect the front desk women give me is ridicules and always has been. I had an appointment today for a follow up from my last appointment and I had a nurse and my doctor as me 5-6 times each if I wanted to take out my birth control because it's causing my irregular periods. That is the same thing they said last time, and I said the same thing then that i had to repeat today which was no. When I walked in there today and stood at the front desk gave them my info and this rude lady who always has an attitude very rudely told me that I needed to be there 30 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork. Mind you I've been there multiple times before and nothing has really changed about what I wrote back then. They always have something rude to say or they just say everything with an attitude, and I am so fed up with it. I also have to wait at least a month for my next appointments. I hate going to the doctor because of having to deal with men that love acting like women don't have any real problems that why I go to female doctors, but this place gives a whole other meaning to laziness and disrespect. I also told them I needed paperwork filled out to return back to work and she literally scoffed at me like she couldn't be bothered. Instead of giving me an email like I asked I was handed a piece of paper with their stupid website on it. I CAN LOSE MY JOB BECAUSE OF THIS PLACES IGNORIENCE AND LACK OF RECPECT!!!! I am fed up with being treated like I don't matter especially when I already suffer from major depression and anxiety."
"This place is very comforting. They are there when you need them, they will work with you financially, and they are very empathetic to whatever situation you might be coming in with. I have never had a bad experience here. I actually found this place when I was homeless two years ago and needed to see a doctor as soon as possible. I definitely recommend this to anyone who needs help."
