"Everything was great, the people were nice and helpful. However, I went on a Friday afternoon and they said they would call in the prescription I needed and they never did. I tried calling Walgreens multiple times to check and they said they have not received any prescriptions for me. Allied Medical is closed until Monday so I am unable to get my prescription until Monday. I tried calling the office number for nonhours and no one answered. Very disappointed in them."
"Had to stop here for a physical and drug test for new job. The staff were very sweet and took me ten minutes before my assigned appointment. Pretty quick in and out. Only issue is they open at 8 and not 7 like google says. Otherwise, would recommend for pre employment. Cheers!"
"The most unprofessional medical establishment I have ever encountered in my life. Refuses to pick up the phone or return voicemails from my partner (patient) or the pharmacy. Do not waste your time. They do not care about you."
"Dissapointed that listed office hours on door, website and phone are all incorrect. Don't come here before 8am. Seems like a really bad move when you're working in health care and ppl urgently need care. I hope they take the time to update their hours."
"In reference to the most recent reviews left here... At least one was able to be seen by the doctor there! Forget trying to come in early to get labs done they are never open on time or only work part time hours randomly-that is not urgent care. They should think about just opening up later and be done with it. Be thankful if you are self pay because who ever is handling the finances now can't get it right! Staff was yelling at each other on my most recent visit, I thought Denton PD was going to show up. No luck in trying to call if you have a question regarding your insurance- front desk cant answer the question and apparently no one is on site to take your call. The staff interchanges frequently, they tell you over the phone you will be seeing Dr. Prescott but when you get there its someone different, your charged the wrong co pay all of the sudden, the assistant is rude and in a rush with ya. I was referred to specific Chiropractor but they try to put me off into a new doctor and I refuse to see anyone I know nothing about, its just craziness so I just end up canceling. After all this I'm reconsidering my PCP office."
