"I went in the first time with symptoms and they tested me for everything and it came back negative. I then went home and knew I had something so I went back the same day and made them re-test me again not to mention they looked at me like I was crazy for showing up again. Sure enough tested positive for covid. Not to mention I have a 5 month old at home that is now exposed because the first time they tested me it came back negative. They took over a hour to see me which I was there on time and had a appointment for 3:45 didn’t leave till 5 something. I was about to walk out so I went out in the hall and ask how much longer and after I asked she was in the room 10 seconds later. They had to give me medicine cause I was getting worse by the minute. It shouldn’t take this long to be seen. Also I should get a refund since I had to come back twice, Do better."

"Extremely disappointed to be lied to again by the front desk ladies. This has happened several times. When you have scriptures up in your office, but have the front desk girls lie...how disappointing. Just tell the truth...your cut off time is 7:30 p.m. and put that online. Don't advertise your open for walk-ins until 8. Went in at 7:30 p.m. bc we couldn't get there earlier from work...only two vehicles in the parking lot and told they were completely booked, and there were 6 patients in rooms. There is absolutely no way. We had a similar incident a month or so ago when we arrived a few minutes before 7:30. They told us all the rooms were full and it would be a 2 hour wait. I could tell the girl wasn't being truthful and we said we still wanted to be seen. We were taken back in a few minutes and they may have had one other patient back there, but, all the rooms appeared to be empty. We were out before 8 pm and clearly the only and last patient. Also, one other issue we have noticed when being seen is that the nurse practitioner, David, puts his hands all over the bottom of his shoe when he sits with his leg crossed over his knee. It appears to be a habit that he isn't aware of, but it's gross. He's done this every time we've seen him. He's a nice guy, but touching his tennis shoes and then touching the patient is very, very disturbing and unsanitary! Other than that, the providers have been very kind. We especially love Ms. January! ❤️"

"Saw David Smith here after having gone to another clinic earlier in the week and not getting any better. He was very kind and professional, gave me the medication I needed and I was much better within a day. Will definitely be back if need arises."

"I severely sprained my knee after slipping on dog poop in the backyard and came here to make sure sure I didn't fracture anything. The wait wasn't terribly long to be seen and the nurse got me in for xrays really quickly! Dr January and the nurse (sorry I forgot your name) are SUPER nice and have great bedside manners!-- which is hard to find these days at urgent care facilities. The office was clean and there is lots of seating. I chose this place because of the stellar reviews and I'm glad I did! I'd definitely come back here again."

"The wait time was really short for every part of our visit, even with having x-rays done and waiting for results. The front desk staff was friendly, and helpful. Our nurse was quick, listened carefully, and was great with my kiddo. The doctor also listened to my concerns and did testing for my peace of mind. I appreciated that because I felt heard. He was great with my kids too and they really liked him. Overall we had a great experience here. I will definitely use Integrity Urgent Care again."
