"Unfortunately my appointment was moved thru some app I don’t even have access to so was not able to be seen for my appointment. The front staff lady was not helpful at all and very confusing on how to get my medical records released if I needed to turn in that paperwork on a different date. I had been waiting for this appointment for a month and the appointment reschedule that was a office mistake is another month away. I needed to set up a procedure to hopefully have done before my upcoming cancer follow ups next month. Very disappointed. I really wanted to like this office. Poorly handled. Efficient friendly office staff is such a important thing to have."
"If I could give it zero I would. No one there is helpful, they take forever and 18 days to do anything, they do not care what your health issue is or if you need medication, they do anything in their power to not do any work or put towards any effort in helping their patients when the whole root of the problem is because they can’t simply authorize a non controlled substance medication that was requested 3 days before and then followed up and ignored and told to deal with it in the morning when we have now ran out since they can’t do anything in a timely manner. I sure hope I don’t need insulin or don’t have a seizure because you definitely won’t get the care or help you need from them."

"I was went to this hospital facility due to chest pains, however, was sent home. 9/25. The female security guard is very nice and helping me. However, the male security guard advise me. I was playing games and told me not to come back. I’m 86 yo. Someone please help him."
