"The waiting time is terrible, I had an appointment at 10 and didn't get back until 12. The doctor is amazing, but the over-booking is terrible. Plus they've no free wifi and have terrible data connection so you can't entertain yourself while you're there."
"I just want to take the time to thank the receptionist who tried everything to help me get seen today as a walk in with my daughter. The receptionist was very calm and patient with me as we tried to speak to a representative and find a way to figure out a way to get my insurance to go through. Unfortunately, it did not but the fault was not hers but that of the insurance system. She assured me that she would check it everyday and give me a call back as soon as it did go through. That speaks volumes of her. Thank you. I truly do appreciate your patience and understanding."
"I really like Drm Guillen.BUT his staff is terrible!!! Very rude. The girl in charge of glasses didn't even get close to my son! Everything from behind desk. He chosehis glasses and she ordered. Now his glasses bother him because she didn't take the time to measure. Never going back. I hope the Dr reads his reviews"
"I loved this place! I was the last appointment of the day but I was still greeted with smiles and warmth. Dr.Guillen was not rushing, he took his time to explain what he was doing, answered my questions and made sure I was happy with the option of contacts I chose. All the girls up front were friendly and courteous even though it was way passed 5 pm. I really enjoyed my experience here and will be back again."
