"Went in for physical priced at $25. Made me wait 1 hour in car, then called to say we can come in. SURPRISE!!! YOU NEED TO PAY $50 FOR COVID TEST TO COME IN. SERIOUSLY?!! I drove all the way from Mission. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I ASKED WHY THEY DID NOT DISCLOSE THAT AND THEY SAID “I don’t know.” NO APOLOGY, NOTHING!!!!! I drove off. I would of happily paid had it been disclosed since I got there an hour earlier. And why did you want to know what vehicle I was driving???? Did you want to make sure I could afford your BOGUS covid test surprise? I even told them that I would go to the corner pharmacy literally 100 feet away and test in front of them. They answered I HAD TO TEST with their tests in order to come in. These people are CLOWNS. NEVER COMING BACK, ever!"

"Walked in with my daughter running a fever asked if we could wait in truck I was told no , people in front of me told front desk they had tested positive for Covid and needed mask and they refused to give them a mask , just told them to sit next to use , as we sat there over 2 hours I asked if they could check my little girls fever because she was crying and getting bad chills they told me no sit and wait or go somewhere else !!!! Absolutely horrible treatment at front desk . Someone should teach the some compassion and common sense ."

"Each time I’ve had to use a night clinic I come to this location. The office seems to work in an orderly fashion in my experience. The front desk receptionist, Yasmin, has been welcoming and patient towards me. Their staff is just overall very nice."

"Brought my child here, friendly front desk, has very friendly staff, all test was done prior to seeing the Dr. I asked why and was explained that this way the Provider would have results before seeing patient because each test takes time. Ms. Shoemaker came in checked my child then explained the results of all test that was done. Ms. Shoemaker is a very nice provider answered all my questions, asked if I had any other questions. Would highly recommend."
