"I had to wait for my appointment for 4 weeks. Today, went i tried to call for correct address information i was hung up on repeatedly and was rudely put on hold numerous times. I arrived 15 minutes late and was told i would have to reeschedule...I said no I'll wait and the front desk woman ,with overly done purplish hair,called the cops to remove me. The cop did nothing and I was given an appointment in the afternoon ....which I was early for and still did not get in til 15 minute past my appointment time. Then was told...I needed to refered to an oncologist .... when I made the appointment 4 weeks ago I told the front desk woman it was cancer...and could ther e be a sooner appointment. The doctor said she didn't know that it was for cancer. Huh...wow just wow...."

"Dr. Bevan is the best doctor I have been to. Very personable and listens. The staff has been great and treats me with respect. I also appreciate the mandatory mask policy in place to protect everyone, especially the unborn babies."

"I love Bevan but her front desk lady Edme in Willow park is VERY rude and unhelpful. My insurance took a while to kick in the second baby and I had just used Bevan for my first pregnancy, I called and when I told Edme I was 16 weeks she told me “you should just go to jps”it made me feel like trash the way she had said it. I was appalled, I had someone else call me back later and apologize and offer me a appointment, I said no thank you, just because of how unprofessional and the attitude of the Edme. Not someone I would want to check in with everytime I went to an appointment. She is at the willow park office. Honestly, I’ve never seen this lady smile with my first pregnancy or be friendly. Thankfully, I found a doctor with a more friendly staff!"

"I have been a patient with Dr McLeLand for 5 years. She’s a good doctor but the way I was treated yesterday over their mask policy was shameful. They illegally denied me service 6/11/21 because I have a documented medical condition that prohibits me from wearing a mask and they refused to honor my medical exemption. Her office staff has always been rude but Ezme was so disrespectful and rude to me yesterday and even asked me what my exemption is for (also illegal under American Disabilities Act). I told her I don’t discuss my private medical history with anyone but my doctor. I even offered to wait in my car until they could bring me back to a room but they apparently discriminate against people with medical conditions because they refused to even allow me to even speak with my physician. I requested Dr McLeland call me yesterday but she refused and had her office manager call me instead. It was very stressful and I am so disappointed in the way it was handled."

"Dr. Bevan is my all time favorite doctor. I've only been seeing her a couple months but so much has happened in that time frame and she goes above and beyond. I can tell she truly cares about me and my needs and I will never willingly see another doctor. All the staff here are the same way. I love visiting this office!"
