"After my visit, I didn’t receive a printout of my visit to have for my records. One of the staff told me after about 7 days I could come in to get it for a cost of $20+. I have aways gotten a copy of my visit at any other facility. Is it normal to NOT get a copy?"

"Front desk boys are incompetent. I was In so much pain, and receptionist (2 young guys) always playing around making people wait and foul language used between them, faking a call for mri results and made appointment results were never requested. Waited couple of weeks to find out my results where in their parent clinic. He said he called…NOT TRUE NEVER CALLED TO ASK."

"It’s been a 50/50 experience with me. Sometime they’re great. Sometime they’re bad. It comes down to the individual doctor. Staff is hit or miss as well. Sometimes they’re what one expects of those who are in the medical profession. Sometimes they’re as rude and condescending as they get. But my biggest gripe is this, if people are going in with certain symptoms and at the moment you don’t have what you need to test them, be up front with them. Don’t charge them and then tell them they have to go to another doctor because you can’t do the appropriate test. I know your a business but at least be a business with courtesy. Not everyone qualifies for Biden care. Some of us work for a living and every penny counts"

"Visited on 4/7/23. The visit with the doctor was fine but everything after that was a disaster. Needed a prescription relayed to CVS. It took 3 phone calls and more than 45 minutes for them to get it to the pharmacy to get filled while I sat at CVS in misery and almost didn’t get filled because CVS was going to close shortly. Next I paid the bill in full and was told once my insurance paid them, they would send me a check. I did not receive a check until 6/29/23. I called my insurance and Advanced Urgent Care received the check over a month before it was sent to me. When I got the check it didn’t even have my name on it correctly. In between all of this I had many phone calls not being returned. I will not return to this facility."

"First time visiting this clinic. Building quite spacious, clean and well equipped. But most importantly to mention is the staff. They are so attentive in every aspect making sure you get the utmost care. Lupita, the nurse, takes special care when explaining routine as far as what to expect as a patient. Waiting time was minimal, about thirty minutes to forty-minutes. Highly recommend!!"
