"Best OB/GYN doctors here in Edinburg, I totally recommend this clinic to all women for your pregnancy and gynecologist needs. And 21 years ago Dr. Carlos Mohammed (R.I.P) he was who delivered me to bring my son Handy into this world via C-Section ."

"I actually went to the Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery clinic next door. DHR clinics & hospitals are Physician owned. Excellent skills and staff across the board. My Urologist & Cardiologist are at DHR Clinics. Have been in their Day Surgery a few times. They take TriWest vouchers from the Veterans Affairs clinic."

"I am very disappointed in this place. I have been going there for some time and had no issues. Now that I am pregnant I have had such a bad experience both times I went. The ultrasound tech is so jaded and was very vague when explaining what was going on. This is my first pregnancy after 7 years of infertility and literally cried after my appointments because I had no idea what was happening. During our 2 minute ultrasound the only things the tech said to me where “that’s the fetal pole.” “ hold your breath” and “ use the cover to clean yourself off”. I was never told that while holding my breath I was hearing my babies heartbeat for the first time. I had no time to react. later I was just given pictures and sent on my way. I am currently looking to change providers."

"I went a month ago for my first exam ever and made sure that it was known because I did not know what was going to happen during the appointment. At no point did I feel comfortable, no one ever really explained what was going to happen so much so that I did not even know what to do with the two papers handed to me to dress in. As the exam was being done the doctor asked when my last exam was therefore more proof that there was no communication as to me saying it was my first time. I spoke to other friends and family who go to other doctors and they said their doctor's office explains what is going to happen each time they go even though it has been years of going. I will be looking for an office that makes comfort a priority."

"I will never recommend this place to anyone. I had 6 pregnancies with Dr Garza Montalvo been my OBGYN and o. My 7th one I was so disappointed as she labeled my chart as a drug user. K owing my history she did not even try to work in alleviating the reasons of why my urine results were coming g out positive for amphetamines. She took a lab results instead of sending off for a hair follicle or blood work. My family doctor sent me off to do those two tests and they came out negative. When I sent Dr Montalvo de results she refused to even acknowledge them as she did not order them. I was referred to another obgyn by my family doctor and she had to induce my pregnancy due to baby's slow heart beat. My baby was placed at risk due to Dr montalvo negligence of giving medication that was not needed at the early stage of my pregnancy and she didn't even bother to ever reach out to see if my baby made it or not. My baby was born before time and I was under medical watch fora whole before having my bbay at the hospital. Don't always believe what doctors tell you, get second opinions. They make mistakes and carelessness mistakes."
