"Very disappointed, my son woke up sick on Saturday and his doctor was closed so I called as a walk in (I've been here once before no issues) and the receptionist informed me that they would not take his insurance as the doctor on site would not be happy about this and I would have to pay full cost since its not his doctor (with a rude attitude). My son is 6 years old he had ear pain all night and a slight fever mind you I did not have this issue a month ago. I ended up doing an over the phone appointment with Telehealth & he had a ear infection."
"Dr Mercado is an amazing pediatrician. He truly listens to parent concerns and takes the time to educate you so you know as much as possible about your child’s condition/illness and the plan of care.. I have always received a quick response back when I’ve asked to speak with him over the phone… and have received referrals in a timely manner… The wait times used to be very long however I feel they have recently improved significantly and haven’t spent more than 30 min to 1 hr waiting to be seen.."
