"Saw someone on here share their experience with Amy 2 years ago. Well I don’t know what happened in these passed 2 years, but the Amy I interacted with yesterday was entirely different. I called to ask for some basic information. She was so rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. When I clapped back at her, she stayed quiet and her coworker apologized on the clinic’s behalf. I reported her to her supervisor and had a conversation with her about Amy’s unnecessary behavior and responses. I hope she gets fired or is moved positions. Amy, if you don’t like your job, QUIT! Put your 2 weeks in. DO THE CLINIC AND CALLERS A FAVOR. If you have personal issues from home, LEAVE THEM AT HOME. It’s not our fault. Don’t be afraid to come forward about any worker’s inappropriate behavior. RESPECT at a clinic is the most important thing. And some of the workers here lack it. All in all, the phone experience here wasn’t the best. But a lot of other workers in person were very nice."

"Amy was by far the nicest woman ever! She allowed me to transfer at her location on such short notice. Very professional & very respectful. She even helped opened the door for me as I was leaving because I was pushing my 3 month baby in a stroller and it was a bit hard to open the door and push at the same time. Along with the other staff that was there. They were all very welcoming. Definitely recommend this location."
