"Been going to dr vinnie for a couple of months now, and so far so good she has adressed all of my health concerns very quickly and has prescribed medication that Works! Front desk and phlebotomist always have a smile on their face and seems like they really like their job i dnt have any other office to compare since its been over 10 years i see a pcp but i am happy, i dnt need a doctor to treat me like a baby, just one that gives me treatment that works."

"It’s really a shame. I saw great reviews and I came 3 times for care. But unless you have a specific health issue this may not be your place. I’ve come 3 times. First for bloodwork, then update on blood work and 3rd time was to get a referral. There was a mix up with my insurance (caught at the second appointment) and I had to get refunded. Someone input my insurance number too fast and mixed it up. Okay fine it was fixed 3rd visit was today. My insurance wasn’t updated so I had the same problem. The receptionist didn’t really explain what happened but just said she’d leave a note for future visits. I had an appointment at 9:30. I got seen at 10:45am? I was in the exam room for 45 minutes. I almost walked out thinking I was forgotten. I heard so much commotion in the hall way from staff and patients sounding like they had much more important issues than me. So okay maybe this is the place for people who require constant care. Not for once in a while issues In the exam room with Dr Vinnie, it’s fine. She listens and seems to know what the problem is but she is quick to interrupt: I did feel that in this time, she was just in a rush. After, she walks out and says “they’ll call you” and proceeds to go to the desk with her staff and talk about lunch. I stood at the door of the exam room bc I had no idea what to do…I was expecting a referral. I was confused and was seen by a staff member who said “okay you can come this way. we don’t have flu shots available” I didn’t ask for that. I went to the front and stood at the reception desk where they explained they’ll call me when the referral was ready. Had I not stood there, I wouldn’t have known what to do. Needless to say, I’ll find a new doctor. I’m glad other people have had a different experience bc I certainly gave the opportunity and didn’t get it."

"Dr. Vinnie is great. She is is friendly, thorough and competent. It was truly one of the best experiences with a family doctor I've ever had. The office is open late and Saturday mornings too. It's a small office, but there was almost no wait time to see the doctor. Highly recommend."
