"My experience with Mel started off great but has since turned into a negative experience. Our wedding date was 7/11/21 and we did receive our montage video on YouTube fairly quickly. Mel started off responsive and then steadily declined. We have yet to receive what we have paid for. It has been 7 months since our wedding. In our contract is says we would receive what we paid for in 6-8 weeks. I understand if things get busy, however we are not receiving any communication at this point."

The drone shots of our venue and first look made the video even better than we could have imagined. He surprised us by adding clips with our immediate family members giving us well wishes at the end of our wedding video. I watch the wedding trailer once a week and cry every time I watch it.
