"I Was thinking about visiting this place so I was reading some reviews. Many great reviews but also some bad one's and I get it no business is perfect. But when a Customer addresses a not so great experience be Professional. Don't try and justify your business and discredit the customers experience. Just makes you look well not so professional and a little guilty. Be better Alice Family Eye Center after all your customers are the reason your in business."

"This place is a joke. I saw the commercial and they have the mother and child enter the room. Whatever, we stop going to this place because I got up setup at the owner for not letting me in with my 5 year old. She was scared and it was the first time she has been to the eye doctor. He said it was their policy and that she has to go back there alone. I was like I been here before with my other daughter I never had that problem. He refused service to us. I said if my child doesn’t feel comfortable going back there with that man. Then we don’t need to come to this place. Also he was very rude he even yelled at me saying if I didn’t let her go in by herself then for us to go. Not even a doctor office will let a child go in by her self to visit them alone. No! I don’t respect this place at all. Maybe in the past. Not now. I bet they will say it was because of our policy. That ad in the tv is a darn lie. Besides I didn’t want to leave a bad review but. After seeing that lie they put on the tv. Good luck staying in Alice. Your not a nice business owner or eye doctor. You don’t care for your patients."

"I took my dad in as a new patient for his annual eye exam today. We had a wonderful experience here! My dad is in a wheelchair, and they helped us maneuver around the office efficiently. Every single person we encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. My dad was very happy at the end of his visit. My only disappointment is that I can't come here myself since I live in Corpus Christi. Part of me almost wants to switch lol. Thank you for the awesome visit!!"
