"The first row recliners are very uncomfortable and cause headaches, The screen is very close and seating position is very low. I wonder if people didn't complain about this? Its Auditorium 3, and first row. I have paid $14+Tax for these tickets and they are very uncomfortable Update: I have contacted them as stated below but no help. What can I share with you? I have said it is very bad experience and I have received generic response below."
"It's a smaller Cinemark theater and we love that it tends to be not as busy as some of the other Cinemarks around us. We always get the seats in front so we can lay down and it's very comfortable and cozy! Also the Tuesday discount days are still a GREAT value! $5.50 as opposed to $12.50!"
"I do wish the seats went back more but they are still comfy and the heating element is nice! I like how I can just go get my own drinks and snacks. It seems much faster than waiting for the person behind the counter to do like many other cinemarks do"
"The theater itself is really nice, unfortunately, the gen Z employees they have working there have zero customer service skills. I’m not speaking about all of them because I’ve had a couple nice ones working there, but around half of them just stare at you blankly as you purchase something or pay for snacks. There is not “hello” “how are you?” Or as much as a “hey”. It’s little things like this that show the customer they matter. It’s sad that their generation can’t seem to exude the most basic of communication skills to the customers they serve."
