"Not impressed by their lack of customer service. Used a promotion code this morning to make sure it would be applicable to 2 items, discount showed up on both items. I wanted to make sure the items were in stock so I called to order and was told that I couldn't use the promo on the items I wanted. Went back to the website and now the code didn't work. Seems to me that once they thought I was going to buy, they terminated the code. Talked to the manager, no help at all. Not only wouldn't they allow their code, they refused to match a Neiman Marcus offer. If customers aren't worth $62, then I'm going to shop at another store."

I phoned the store and without delay or holds was politely assisted by Crystal. She checked to ensure the item was readily available, obtained my information, and although not expected so quickly, I received the shipped item the following day.
