"EVERYTIME I come to this location there’s an issue. The employees don’t have a sense of urgency and don’t always provide customer satisfaction. There are times when their approach is uninviting and rude (managers included). I often use the binding services and this process should only take up 10 minutes. Today I was told that I would have to come back at 1:00pm to pick up my materials. I couldn’t understand why because there was literally only one other person in the store. This employee purposely took her time with getting to my project. She fulfilled all the other customers orders as they paid except for mine. I am still here waiting for her to begin my project."
"I understand some employees are kept by the company for years because of the quantity of experience but Office Depot must rethink about having employees with no quality. Miss Paula I believe her name was, she was very rude and told me with a very rude tone that the customer line was her first priority even if I needed help at another section of the store. I don’t appreciate customer service that is rude and disrespectful. I just wanted to get my business done fast but she was very rude so I had no choice but to struggle to make copies of documents I needed. I will not be returning to this location. Worst experience!"
"The process to order custom business cards and picking them up same day was so convenient. The cards were exactly what I ordered and look great. My order was ready hours earlier than expected making pick up even easier. My entire experience was flawless. The team at the store for pick up were friendly and professional as well."
"My mother needed to purchase ink for her printer ASAP, so we figured Office Depot would have what she needed. This location has been here for years and I've shopped here a long time. The ink selection is wide and deep. The inventory was lacking though. We were able to leave with half of what she needed, so that works. She also decided she needed a new desk, but I wasn't impressed there. The desks are on the pricey side and you don't get much space or organization. Overall, it's a good stop for home office needs."
