"Well maintained park with views of the border wall and border crossings into Mexico. The Visitors Center has an informative exhibit and friendly park rangers! Great visit for people new to the area or to bring El Paso visitors."

"What a cool part of history preserved by Chamizal National Memorial! With excellent audio-visual presentations along with exhibits chronicling the timeline of this unique border dispute, the National Memorial really explains this unique part of history in a compelling, yet digestible manner. The park staff are wonderful and were so kind with our Junior Rangers and our many questions."

"Beautiful memorial that’s part of the National Park System. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, gorgeous grounds, and a view of the bridge to Mexico just outside. Trails are lovely and a great place to picnic."

"Large beautiful park and monument, commemorating the peaceful resolution of the “chamizal problem”, a decades long border dispute between Mexico and the US. As part of the resolution land was set aside to memorialize the peaceful resolution and friendship between the countries. There is a park with walking trails and also a visitors center/cultural center. Inside is a small but extremely interesting museum about the conflict and the resolution. There is also an art gallery and theater for cultural performances. The park is staffed by some of the friendliest and most knowledgeable and proud park rangers I have ever encountered. As a national monument it is park of the national park service so there is a passport stamp station inside. The outside is also a great place to walk around and the grounds open early for recreation. The park and buildings are impeccably maintained. Highly recommend this monument if you are in El Paso! You will learn a lot and enjoy yourself immensely."
