"This place is not customer focused in terms of delivering on their customer promise. I tried to return an item that I paid for in excess of $400 with a receipt in addition to purchasing an additional 3yr warranty . Only to get the run around and be told I cannot take back the item after a year because I do not have a Box! But I have a receipt with matching serial number, Makes absolutely no sense at all. I cannot believe that a paying customer with all the proper documentation will get little to no help from such a big “business focused company”. My time is just as valuable and as a business owner I do not have time to keep taking the item in the store , calling warranty numbers that are no longer in service, nor do I have time to waste on the phone with Office Depot. This is by far not what I expected from Office Depot. I am Highly disappointed!"

"I came in to laminate some items for work. Keep in mind that my wife could have done the job for me but I didn’t want to bother her… Rachel was absolutely fantastic in helping me figure out the best paper and laminate needed. She was still in training but I know from years of management, she is a keeper and a true gem. Don’t hesitate to stop by and see her, she won’t disappoint!"
