"Called the office on Wednesday about four times in a row and no one answered. It was around 2pm. I called today (Friday at 430pm) and no one answered again. I literally called 3 times and the first two times I let the phone ring for a whole minute, which is a very long time when you're at an office. The third time I called, not even the receptionist that transfers the calls to each provider's office answered. I need medicine for my daughter and I can't get it because they never answer the phone. The doctor is great. The front desk staff on the other hand, has terrible customer service skills."
