"I’ve called the office for an update on a referral spoke with Lourden and shes rude, hung up the phone and refused to pass the phone to the office manager.. then she says she’s the only one in the office, very unprofessional right there Lourden needs more training or she needs to be replaced"

I really hate going to that Dr just because of her. I’m looking into changing Dr. They need to put her to clean the restrooms instead of answering phones or attending to people."

"My parents both go to Dr. Ruben de los Santos, and I am extremely disappointed with the front office staff and medical records staff. Everything I have read online about this office is true. The office was behind, we had to wait 30 minutes for my Mom's visit. What as most disheartening was when we had questions, to address my Mother's status, about getting Home Health Services in place, they said they could not send out a referral, that Home Health had to call them first; but the problem is that home health wants the referral first. What comes first the chicken or the egg??? The best part was when I went yesterday to speak to Norma, she would not attend me twice, she said to leave a phone number and I did. She never returned my call, so I went back in person the next day, and she still would not help me. She was condensing, rude, and sarcastic to try and get under my skin. Dr. de los Santos, if you read this, I will be sending a formal complaint to the state as well, to the state about lack of empathy and care that your office has. I asked when you would be back and they said, they don't know, when he gets back from the hospital. Do you even have set hours???"

"Dr. Ruben is a wonderful Doctor. He is caring and listens to the needs of his patients. There is a long wait but overall is worth the wait. :) the staff on the other hand has poor customer service. Not willing to go the extra mile on anything."
