"You know I rarely redo reviews but this one is definitely necessary. We used to love coming here but lately the service and attitude from the members there are not worth the price you pay for the included gratuity. We went multiple times in the past month, ( you think you would’ve learned) and same dismal service and servers who clearly don’t want to be there. Something simple as a coffee comes out cold and when asked for a refill, which is included, never comes or they tell you it has been thrown out. I understand why charging a mandatory gratuity is needed for excellent service but for someone to tell you we’re out of coffee and popcorn and leave in such a rush, just to bring you your bill with ATTITUDE??? Quite disappointed and sadden that this place has become careless."

"Flix sets the standard for a great family movie experience!!! We had the BEST experience tonight!! Our primary server was Diego. He was thorough and friendly. He had a big smile even when checking on my call light for the 3rd time. Every server that brought food, drinks, extra napkins was fantastic too. We saw Wonka tonight, and we absolutely had the best time in all of our trips to Flix.We are reward members, we go once or twice most months, we've gotten free tickets and food! I just love Flix. We don't plan on seeing any movies anywhere else!!"

"Family night to check out Wonka tonight. The staff was super friendly the minute I walked in. The girl that took our order was very friendly and gave input in making a decision on menu items. Unfortunately there were continued service issues after ordering that put a damper on my experience. I’m hoping this was just a bad night, which happens. My mother ordered loaded fries, no utensils were provided and the server ran odd after bringing our food. I was missing the dressing that came on my burger that I requested on the side. So I wrote up a not asking for a fork, extra napkins, the side of dressing for my burger and a soda refill. 10 minutes later the side of dressing showed up and again the server ran before I could ask for the remaining items. I was patient and unfortunately nothing came after a solid 7-10 minutes. I pressed the button, and on my note canceled the fork order as my mother had finished her fries, asked for the soda refill and napkins and this time also asked for a coffee refill. The server came back with napkins and another order of loaded fries. I let him know all we wanted was a fork and had cancelled that. He took them and took off and I assumed my soda refill and coffee would be right behind. Unfortunately it did not make it so I buzzed again and on the paper noted this was now my third request for a soda refill and the second for the coffee. The male server was nice and said it would be out as soon as the kitchen put it out. I understand the service industry and hella patient and understanding. Three request for a soda refill should have not take as long as it did. I was charged 50 cents for the dressing that was missing the first time and I was disappointed that the almost 20% gratuity was already added. I’m hoping the automatic gratuity was not a reflection on our poor service experience. I still would have given them 20% and written this note. I have experienced movies with full drink and food service many of times, this one I’m again hoping was just an off day."

"Once movie time comes around, they refuse to sell you a ticket even if you arrive 5 min late. Popcorn bowl is small for the price. Milk shakes are good. Seats recline No heat."

"10/10 experience. Very clean and accommodating theatre. It has a nice bar in the front and tables for seating and a super easy, fast kiosk to purchase your own tickets. I loved how nice the staff were taking my order and serving my food. It was a great first time for me. The food was not that good. I ordered a chicken pesto sandwich with beer battered fries and it wasn’t for my taste but I’m sure I can give it another chance."
