"I rarely write reviews, however, Dr. Patrick Brandon and all of the staff at the Montana Border Therapy Services location are certainly deserving of one. After suffering from excruciating pain due to a neck injury and having to navigate our complex healthcare system, it was refreshing to have such a positive experience here. From the moment I walked into the clinic, everyone was friendly, compassionate and accommodating, especially Ms. Yesenia. As for Dr. Brandon, I can’t say enough about him. He is a very knowledgeable, compassionate and professional physical therapist. He takes the time to listen to you at every visit, includes your input in your treatment and optimizes your therapy plan accordingly. After many disappointments and feeling like no one in the medical system was listening to me, it was a breath of fresh air to know that someone was actually listening and was in my corner, encouraging me every step of the way. I come all the way from the far west because of the excellent care I receive at this location. I am grateful for their continued care and will definitely be referring everyone I know to this place."
