"My appointment was at 10.30am. First, the staff told me that I needed to come back since I showed up at 10:40am, but they would "give me a chance" .Its 12:50 and we are still waiting for the doctor and just for some blood test results.. 2 hrs waiting, staff complaining about 10 min late... Horrible place to be"

"The staff here are rude and not helpful at all also they always blame someone else for their mistakes. They took more than a month to fax some papers that I needed for therapy. Also not once but twice forgot to send the medicine order to the pharmacy. The doctor is nice but he does not explain what is wrong with your child also always leaves the room before asking if you have any concerns. The clinic is right next to my house but I prefer to drive further rather than experience this again. We all make sacrifices to take our kids to the doctor I had to get off work to take my kid and I needed his medicine yesterday he had a horrible night because of how sick he is. Find a more reliable doctor to take your children."

"I have been bringing my kids to doctor Usen for 13 years. He is such a good doctor; however, his staff is AWFUL! They are all so rude and unwelcoming. I've stuck around simply because he is SUCH a good doctor. Their answering service is just as bad! I called to get an appointment and the office was already closed despite it not being 5pm yet. I was told to come as a walk in next business day. I asked if the night clinic was operating from 6 to 9 as indicated on their message, she said she didn't know. I came in as a walk in as she suggested and was told they do not accept walk in anymore. I asked why their answering service didn't have that information and her response was " I don't know" . Followed up by a very rude and sarcastic "you can wait". We arrived at 8:34 am with only one other person/patient present. It is after 9 and no one else has arrived. I've been patient and understanding with all the transitioning, all the staff shortages, etc. But I simply can't deal with his staff anymore. Sadly, I will be looking for a new doctor for my kids. I hope Dr. Usen reads this. We truly, wholeheartedly love him. But he really needs to do something about his staff. They don't represent him or his office well AT ALL. I have friends who I recommended Dr. Usen to as well. They took their kids to be treated by Dr. Usen for years as well. They had the same complaints and were not as patient as I have been. They found new doctors and left Dr. Usen's office. Very sad."

"Don’t bother wasting your time here. I wish I could give this place no stars or half a star. Today the staff here again disappointed me. I hate the way the process here is. Also how come I wasn’t called about anything regarding my insurance or visit before we were called to the back? We didn’t even get to the measurements yet once I was told about our visit. Also the staff member asked me for the reason of our visit, and was later confused why I was even here. It’s like yearly check ups aren’t their thing apparently. I really tried to give this place a second chance, but again was left upset and angry on how terrible this staff is. The search continues."

"This review is for the night clinic: The doctors are great and very nice with the children but the staff on the other hand, I believe they don’t want to work. I got there at 8:20pm and mind you they close at 9:00 pm, when a girl was standing outside and stopped me before going in and told me they stopped taking the last patient at 8:15pm. Ridiculous! I would understand if they had a full clinic but there was nobody waiting, it was literally empty. So in other words if you want to go to this clinic, go an hour ahead cuz they close almost an hour before their doors say."
