"I was completely dismissed. The NP didn't listen to a thing I said. She determine I had a chronic condition when I kept telling her it only started 2 days ago and I've never had these issues before. She said I had to go follow up with my PCP or an allergist. I was at the urgent care to be seen more urgently. The medication I was already taking for allergic reaction wasn't working and I'm in pain. Otherwise, I would not be at the urgent care. She kept saying we can't do anything about it unless we find out what I was allergic to instead for treating my symptoms. She blamed the allergic reaction on medications I've been on for years and ultimately didn't do anything for me."
"Fast and efficient! I was greeted with a smile by the front desk was interviewed promptly and the provider jacks was very informative. I was in and out in less than an hour and felt like I was listened to and given great care. Thank you"
"I went to the clinic on Lee Trevino with an ear ache and cough. I have moderate to severe asthma. I wanted to stop the progression and avoid bronchitis/ pneumonia. The first visit I was prescribed cough syrup. The second visit a week later I got a breathing treatment , chest xray and a not to return to work the next day. I had missed the entire week. 4 weeks later, I'm still sick. I went to Upper Valley Urgent Care and received steroid, antibiotic and tornados injections. CXR, antibiotics and an order for a nebulizer. So, UCare is no longer worth the convenience being close. I'll be going to UVUCC from now on."
"Horrible experience! My child had a sore throat and stomachache. They misdiagnosed her. Came in the room and said her urine was clear, when she never even gave a urine sample. Told me I had it too because I sounded congested. What?! I'm not even the patient why would you say something like that? They don't know how to communicate and they don't know what they are doing. Left not knowing if my child had strep throat or not. Waste of time and money. Go anywhere else besides here!!!"
