"The absolute worst place to be attended. The office staff are unprofessional and they overbook appointments and you wait 2 to 3 hours wating to be seen. They are lucky they got one star but it wasn't even deserved!!!!"

"Office staff are the most unfriendly, uncaring I have met in my lifetime. Having 40 years as a practicing nurse, this is the worst I've ever encountered. The medical staff are good, but first impressions come from the desk."

"The only reason we continue coming to this place is only for the Doctors. The phones are rarely answered to the point were I've had to drive down to the office just to get answers. Leaving a message is pointless since no one calls back. This last Wednesday there's was an argument between front and back office and I could hear the whole thing and it seemed to continue since no doctors were in yet. It wasn't a simple argument either, the female arguing had a foul mouth and the whole situation was very unprofessional. Like I stated, the doctors and their care are the only reason, we keep coming back and it's a shame we have to wait 2-3 hours to see them."

"If you need a physical this is the place to go. When Dr. Songbandith was there I had no issues. Since he's been gone nothing but issues. Returning a phone call to discuss lab results doesn't happen, if you need refills on prescriptions I guess you have to go up there to let them know because when you call they'll just leave you on hold. Today I held for 20 minutes. I was trying to increase my life insurance, the company has called them 3x a week for 2 months & Montwood medical has yet to send them my records. This place has done nothing but let me down."

"If you value your time don’t come here! The staff is so unprofessional, they don’t greet your acknowledge you. The receptionist has no idea what she is doing because the answer to any question is “ I wouldn’t know” or “ I don’t know what to tell you”. My appointment was scheduled at 8:45 am and I left at 10:45 am still not being seen by the doctor because they don’t know when he would be able to see me. They schedule people starting at 8:30am and the doctor and most of their staff doesn’t get there until after 9:30 am. They had like 20 people waiting in the waiting room. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a doctors office. I asked them for my medical records and I had to send an email and they don’t know when I will get them because and I quote “ the emails is sent somewhere in India and I wouldn’t be able to tell you when they will get to you” Please don’t waste your time here. So unprofessional. Most of their patients were elderly people and I’m sure they don’t have any other option than to wait their ridiculous times."
