"Worst experience ever. My main concern was not tended to I originally went in with chest congestion/ chest tightness.They tested me for covid and the flu both which were negative. She then proceeds to tell me that I have a common cold and didn’t acknowledge my initial complaint of chest tightness. My medication was given to me to drop off at the pharmacy and not sent directly through the clinic. The least they could do for the fees they charge is send in the prescription and not expect the patient to do so. This is the first urgent care I have been to that does that."
"Quick and organized registration. Also called quickly for examination. PA-C Angelica Van Allen conducted an exceptional assessment. Great listener. Identified what I needed and provided great teaching in a quick amount of time. Support staff implemented orders efficiently. I was feeling awful and 6 hours later after my visit I am feeling remarkably improved. Appreciate the general instructions received upon exiting. Thank you."
