"I've been twice with both my kids and both times the nurse practitioner, Anchondo, is very dismissive and nonchalant. Both times, he didn't run any tests or diagnostics on my kids. This NP left me very uneasy!!! He literally did nothing. He is not good."

"We really tried to give this place a chance, despite the reviews. We have visited this location twice. On both occasions, I made an appointment. When I showed up, I was the ONLY one there (no other cars at all). Still waited 20-25 minutes both times. Second time, I was in a bit of a hurry so I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be. She kindly explained that everyone was busy working on “something else”. Both times, the NP made a quick examination and said “In my opinion, it is either ___ or ____” When I asked if a test would be given, we were basically refused both times. In other words, we paid this establishment 2 times (insurance plus out of pocket) to tell me what we already knew. Please don’t waste your time or money going to this place. It is very unprofessionally run and medically unreliable. There are so many other urgent care facilities that are fast and thorough, it’s worth the drive away from here to take better care of yourself or loved ones. *Update- I ended up taking my son to his primary care physician the next day because he kept getting worse. Turns out, it was strep throat. With antibiotics, he began to improve almost immediately. I am in shock and angered because the NP at UCare kept arguing with me saying there is no reason to test for anything because he was SURE it was viral and there’s nothing you can do to treat that. Once again, avoid this place at all costs."

"It’s officially the season when all of my kiddos get sick and I was looking for an urgent care that was close by to have my very sick 5 year old be seen. He came home that afternoon from school with a horrible fever so I immediately looked up the closest urgent care that could get him in as soon as possible. The woman behind the desk was amazing! She greeted me with our first visit and got our son checked in quickly. Within minutes our son was seen and the nurse/ doctors were amazing! They asked me questions to learn more about his symptoms and made it fun to ease our sons nerves. He was tested for flu, Covid, and strep to find the culprit making him so sick. Within 15-20mins his results came back and they gave us the results and double check our pharmacy for us to pick up the medication he needed to get better! I have zero complaints about this location. It’s clean, everyone is friendly, and most importantly they care about the patients coming in even the little ones. 5 Stars all the way for me."

"I had an amazing experience! I was able to get a last minute appointment at 8pm one night for a headache that had been lingering for three whole days and the NP that was on staff was able to quickly diagnose what was going on and get me my prescriptions all in less than 30 minutes. Since it is new there was no waiting, I basically walked in and checked in with the front desk and was called back moments after. To my surprise it was an allergy related issue which was the last thing I would've ever thought of since I haven't had any issues with allergies here in about 5 years. I will definitely be coming back here if I have any urgent matters. Bonus is that they are approved by the VA so I didn't have to worry about any out pocket expenses."
