"Yes alot of people complain because under staffed and long waits. I waited a very long time yesterday, but it was the best staff I had. I been to many hospitals and doctors but these people here actually are very caring and concerned. There’s so many sick people like us and not enough people that are giving their own time and concerns to be there for us. They are doing the best they can. Each and everyone of the employees had their concerns and the doctor made sure I had all my tests and labs in to see what’s going on with me. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE for even giving up your weekends to help us in need. We just need to be more patient and kind !"

"The awful reviews are all accurate. Had an appointment at 3:30pm on a Sunday and left at 6:20pm with never seeing this doctor. The facility is dated and the employees are not helpful. This was an absolutely horrible experience and the worst $30 copay I’ve ever had wasted. This place says it’s closed Sunday and has people waiting until the late evening with no regard for their time or concerns. Horrible"

"I scheduled an appointment for telehealth at 3:30 pm because that was what worked best with my work schedule. I got a text that said to log in 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, which I did. When I logged in it showed a message that said the doctor would be right with me. 1 hr later, I was still waiting. I called the office and they said the nurse practice had called me at 2 pm but I didn't answer so they had to reschedule me. I was at work! Why call more than 1 hr before my SCHEDULED appointment?"

"They excel at being the worst at handling customers and information. I called for an appointment and asked for all the information needed to make it fast and quick for everyone. They gave me an appointment on Sunday at 12, I arrived at 11:45. They were ready for me until 2:30 p.m., and it was just to file paperwork. They told me over the phone that I would be able to do my med stuff that day, but then they said that the lab was closed. Then, the lady on the desk told me to come the next day for the lab tests. From 10 to 4, I arrived at 2, and the receptionist told me that I was supposed to be there at 8 because the lab tests were done between 8 and 9. Now I just lost 3 days of my week of what could have been just one easy appointment and have all the information ready. On top of all of that They told me I could do all my required tests there for $290 Surprise surprise It was $295 I had to schedule an appointment somewhere else for xrays $50 And vaccination that was supposed to be $40 now it's $250 Lost $300 more dollars and an entire week of work trying to figure out this mess. And scheduling appointments somewhere else."

"My visit to Healthy Horizons Clinic was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I'm not sure if they were trying to set a record for the worst medical facility in existence, but if that was their goal, they definitely succeeded. First off, let's talk about the staff. Incompetence seems to be their middle name. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, acting as if I was wasting their precious time by simply being there. The nurses were equally unprofessional, lacking basic communication skills and making me feel like just another burden to them. But the real horror show started when I finally got to see the doctor. I had a specific issue that I wanted to discuss, but it felt like the doctor couldn't care less. They seemed disinterested and barely listened to my concerns. Instead of offering any insightful advice or suggestions, they gave vague and generic answers that I could have found on a simple Google search. It was clear they had no expertise or interest in their field. To make matters worse, the clinic itself was filthy. The waiting room was a breeding ground for germs, with chairs covered in stains and a distinct odor of neglect. The examination rooms were no better, with outdated equipment and a general lack of cleanliness. I couldn't help but wonder if I was at a clinic or a horror movie set. As if the awful service and unhygienic conditions weren't enough, the billing department added insult to injury. They overcharged me for services I didn't even receive and made absolutely no effort to rectify the situation. It was clear they were more interested in squeezing every last penny out of me than in providing any form of customer service. In summary, my experience at Healthy Horizons Clinic was an absolute nightmare. The staff were rude and unprofessional, the doctor was disinterested and provided no valuable assistance, the facilities were disgustingly unclean, and the billing department was only concerned about ripping me off. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and find a competent and caring medical facility elsewhere."
