"I've been enrolled in Mount West's health program for about 3 years and I like it. I specifically joined when I was diagnosed with diabetes, but with their program I get everything checked; mammogram, pap smear, eyes, feet, etc. Front desk reps are very nice. I've not had the pleasure of meeting Dr Villalobos, but I've been helped by Dr Payne and Dr Melendez and they too are very nice and knowledgeable. Thanks Mt West!"
"I love the office and I have been a patient for over 15 years. Payne and Melendez are excellent providers Doctor Villalobos is awesome. Only knock is some of the new techs they hire are not always nice, feel like they can be rude at times."
"This used to be a good office. I still like the PA and most of the staff. It seems like in the last 6 months that no one in the front receptionist area cares. They hang up after putting you on hold multiple times. The office is somewhat toxic as I was told at one point they would not be filling any more prescriptions until I completed my annual exam. Then, they changed their minds when I complained. They schedule appointments without notification and seem upset when I call to cancel them. I was told the last time I called that I was not able to reschedule without out the doctor's permission, so I canceled the whole appointment. They charge you for missed appointments, so this seems doubly unfair. I canceled all future appointments and will be looking for a new place. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
