"Professionals? Professional what... Already twice my wife has missed her appointments because somebody is not doing their part to schedule correctly or whatever, however they set up schedule. And worse , they tell her " well you can be seen, but you'll have to wait until all these are seen first!" Very UNPROFESSIONAL and not friendly"

"Expect to wait over 2 hours to see a P.A not even a Dr. with no prior advisement that you will be waiting that long. The Cardiologist treating my dad went up and quit. We were never advised, unless you count the letter posted in front of the receptionist as notice. Staff looks like they don't even want to be here themselves. The consult is 15 minutes at best but bill your insurance for a full hour. I called on 6 different occassions to get my dads heart medicine refilled to which it was never done. Completely unacceptable . He will no longer be coming here. If you're looking for a doctor for your elders stay far away from this place."

"Even if u make an appointment, u will still not be seen at that time . Be prepared to wait HOURS. YES I SAID HOURS."

"I waited from 9:45-1:45 PM to be seen. The young lady at the front desk billed me when my insurance will bills me after the fact (all other places know this). She asked for my card in a way that was very confusing. When my visit was categorized as a yearly physical, which means my insurance covers it. I tried to explain to her & she kept stating the computer tells her otherwise. After already waiting about 2 hours. I tried taking my daughter to the same Dr. same young lady answered & advised me that I had to call my insurance & make them my Dr. my insurance is PPO & does not require that, HMOs require u to make them your primary Dr. This is the worst experience I have ever had."

"This so called Clinic or "Doctor" is nothing but a QUACK!!! I had an appointment today at 2:45, but when I arrived and signed that my information was correct they told me that until May 29, 2019 they will no longer carry my insurance. Not only that but when I asked how many patients were ahead of me, the assistant told me that the doctor was going to go out to lunch! As a matter of fact my mom was speaking with a patient and asked her how long she was waiting to see the doctor, she told her that she had been there since 11:00 am!! There have been other times when I go to my appointments and they take A LONG TIME calling in the patients, because the doctor would be out! Since they no longer carry my insurance anymore, I just told the assistant to cancel the appointment and my mom and I just walked out. I finally had ENOUGH of them!"
