"The staff that works at night while doing your sleep study is wonderful, she is very kind and very knowledgeable. The staff that answers your calls and order the machines are just the worst. I have been waiting for my machine to come in for over 4 months, going on 5 months now, since they just told me that I need to wait until next month! My husband also has sleep apnea and took his sleep study at the Sun City Sleep Center, tests and machine all done in under 2 months. After receiving his test results, his machine was ready for pick up in 5 weeks, which was this week! Waiting more than 4 - 5 months is just unbelievable!"

"Worst place ever to bring your love ones for a sleep study. Please please go elsewhere, the so call receptionist Letty is the worst. With attitude the moment you walk in and if you speak to her she acts as if she is better than you, really sarcastic. No people skills. Called to speak with office manager Sylvia Armas around 1pm per Letty she would be in at 3-330, arrived to the office around that time per Letty she would be in an hour if she comes in at all. The office charged for results given when no one gave us result yet their NP documented he had, that's considered falsefying medical records yet no one will talk to me about that. PLEASE ASK TO BE REFERRED ELSEWHERE IF YOUR LOVE ONES ARE REFERRED HERE!!!!!"
