"Update to review: this location is a total scam. The "DNA test" they give is literally just to charge you money. That's how they are still open I'm sure. I mentioned specifically to the person administering it I don't want it if it's not covered by my insurance, she was too incompetent to tell me if it was and now I get a bill for $300 for something I did not receive. Clearly the nurse acting like a psychiatrist does not have a legitimate practice. Very unprofessional establishment. Only looking to get money from patients. The "psychiatrist" was very uninterested once I mentioned I want to avoid medication unless necessary. Mentioned a DNA test but couldn't tell me if it was covered by insurance. The "therapist" Monica Amaro is also extremely unprofessional Starts appointments late and blames you, and will cut the appointment short yet will charge you full price. She has someone present during the video appointments so there's definitely no sense of confidentiality. The "therapist" is also just wanting to get paid. She mentions your symptoms are severe but doesn't give you the attention in the appointments. She acts like she understands and wants to help but will stop responding to you. She said she was told help with an accommodation but needs to complete a form, I am still "waiting" for her send it and it's been over 2 weeks. When I message her asking for a follow up and if she will be able to help if not please let me know she finally responds and says she's been too busy. As if it's the patients fault for her poor time management The staff as well as the supposed professionals DO NOT CARE about mental health they just want to charge you and your insurance. Heard about them through a Fitfam post, I guess that should have been the first red flag?"

"I was excited to try this place because i wanted a closer physician to maintain meds as well as therapy on weekends. They were quick to get me in, but did not mention the $50 co-pay until I got there. When I went in for the initial consultation, i could hardly speak at all before the doctor started suggesting a completely different diagnoses. I tried to explain that my current medications are working fine, i just need to maintain them and I’d like to start therapy as well. I was given a DNA test in which the doctor wasn’t even sure my insurance covered. I surely hope i am not charged $300 for the swab that was shoved in my face. Although i had been on my current medications for months, even per her records, she demanded a drug test in which i obliged. She stated she had already sent my refills to the pharmacy. Come to find out, the anxiety medications were never sent, and she wants to see me monthly for refills and they now will not answer the phone or emails. Very unprofessional, not sincere, does not listen to patients. Only seems that they are concerned about making as much money off visits as possible. Can’t even cancel my next appointment because they won’t answer the phone. Save your time and money."
