"updated: first impression was HORRIBLE, mostly scheduling errors. I have now been receiving 2 x weekly therapy for over a month now and can honestly say the team at this location is amazing. Every day is a juggling of patients vs. available therapists, but it's because everyone shows up to their appointments, and the staff is trying to create the best care plan for everyone in the room. The whole staff continues to be warm and courteous even when faced with challenges above their control. I do notice the charting seems to take up a large portion of the staffs time. But also know they are trying to implement a faster system. It's important to mention that I have noticed the company continues to find its weak spots and correct them to create a more fluent healing zone for pt and staff a like. The culture is warm and enviting, and the therapist takes their time to alter and create a good plan even on the fly, when it needed to accommodate a medical flare. No name call outs because overall the staff equally shine."
