"Place is a joke, came for a physical and made me wait 3 over hours, while the doctor was chatting w a patient in the room I needed to do my eye test for an hour and a half. Never come here, and I sure as hell I will never be back, unless you like your time being wasted. This place is a circus, just no organization and no communication, what an absolute horribly run business. NEVER COME HERE!!!"
"This clinic is a joke!!!!! From the front desk staff to the providers especially Louie Leyva, FNP-C! They are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Have no consideration for their patients time and medical needs!!! I don’t know how they remain open. The male medical assistant is the WORST too!!! I have no idea how they have remained open! Oh and the building literally falling apart!!!!! I would have not given any stars if that was an option! Please save your time and money and do NOT go and get seen at this joke of a place called medical center!!!!"
"Looking for a new doctor reminded me to leave a review for this clinic. Went to them for abdominal pain, it was a walk in, so I forgave them the long wait. They gave me a prescription and scheduled me an ultrasound. The day of the ultrasound, wait wasn't bad, something went wrong with the machine and apparently it only took *some* of the images. I was billed the full price, but they said the missing images weren't important. They scheduled me for a follow up to review the ultrasound. That day, I waited over an hour past my scheduled visit. They charge me and then tell me that they don't have my ultrasound results back yet, but it's ok, they'll have the doctor talk to me and then call me later to go over the results. By that time, I was already feeling better, so I didn't really worry about it when it took a while to call me with the results. It has now been 15 months. They charged me over $200 for an ultrasound that wasn't done right, charged me for a follow up, and NEVER gave me the results."
"Very poor facility! It’s dirty, the reception area is outdated and tiles popping up were older people can’t trip or anyone actually. Receptionist were kind of rude and acting intitled. The only reason I came here is because there is no long wait. Except today. I owed money that they should have submitted to my previous insurance and they didn’t."
