"My first time here and it was a great experience. Dr Padilla was very attentive to my needs and he paid attention to what I was saying. He is truly helping me with my condition. The only thing that could be improved would be emailing patients the forms to fill out so we could bring them in at the time of the appointment. Its easier to fill them out at home and would give us more time to get the answers we need to answer all the questions. Would definitely save your office on paper. Will definitely recommend Dr Padilla. Thank you!"

"My rating on this review is based on solely the communication experience. Difficult to get a hold of anyone on the phone. I have at times spent an entire day calling to no avail. When you do get through, messages left do not get passed on internally. The service when you do get in front of Provider is great. This office really needs to work on the better, faster, more efficient way of handling phone calls and internal communication. I know every business wants to grow but at some point, you lose focus of quality and the focus becomes quantity. I hope someone at this office is listening to their customers as I am not the only one to complain about such."

"I recently had a terrible experience, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with their receptionists. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy I encountered was truly upsetting. From the moment I stepped into the office, the receptionist seemed more interested in chatting among themselves, and on the computer than acknowledging the patients. I understand that they may have a busy day, but that is no excuse for the rude and dismissive behavior. Additionally, for over a month I have been waiting for a document that requires the doctor’s signature. When I asked the receptionist for the status on the document, she immediately began with the excuse that “the doctor is too busy”. I explained to her that I was informed the day I had my physical the document would be ready in “five days”. Without checking nor consulting with someone else, she said to check next week. When I asked for the doctor’s email so I can express my concern, the receptionist answer, “he has no email”. The receptionist displayed a lack of empathy, understanding, and disinterest in addressing my issue. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for management in addressing the issues regarding their receptionists."

As soon as I first walked in the door the day of my first visit, the ladies in the front were very nice, patient and helpful. Today, I had a physical done and each person that evaluated me or assisted me were all wonderful. Dr. Padilla was awesome very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. I have never felt so comfortable in a doctor's office as I did at Sun City Medical even when they drew blood was comfortable, fast and painless. Thank you all!"
