"The medical assistant who checked me in was really careless about sending my medicine to the right pharmacy. I confirmed the pharmacy address with him 3 different times with him and each time he seemed not confident about which pharmacy it was going to. When I left, I asked him again and I gave him the address and he said it was correct. I ended up calling the pharmacy later that night (after the dr office was closed) and they said they didnt have it, and that it was sent to a different pharmacy on the other side of town. This is people’s health and I’m pretty stunned by the lack of attention to detail from this medical professional."
