"Latest appointment with Ms Veliz was tele-apointment by phone, she went thru test results and next steps with me and scheduled next followup appt. The tele-appointment was very convenient and a great time-saver, while covering professional concerns and addressing my questions. She did forget to discuss medication side effects and scheduling tests to check for possible organ damage."

"The staff is good the Dr is good the wait time be ready to do a camp site your total wait time will be about 2 hours or more !! It's ridiculous tho so if it's your first visit it will make you irritated, because the staff is always laughing at the front desk so therefore you don't know if ever will get seen!! Just hope that they can act a little more professional it would make it a better overall experience"

"Texas Arthritis Center is a clinic, I am satisfied with. My provider has worked hard to figure out with input from myself the best treatment plan for me. The front resk personnel are rude and do not acknowledge your presence. Location has a small parking lot, very clean building. The medical staff is great"

"The first time I went in December very nice and professional. Then was supposed to get my bloodwork results Jan over the phone I called 5 min after my appointment just to be told that Dr had 2 patients before me and I will receive a call. It is after hours didn't get a call and I believe this is very unprofessional."
