"Super unprofessional. I was never notified of an appointment that was required for me to get my procedure done luckily I called to verify the dates. They continue to tell me that they had spoken to me when I never answer the call in the first place. I had to get my insurance involved. Umc assured me that they would call to resolve the issue and I'm still waiting for that call back."
