"Went in this past week for an appointment and was turned away due to having a “high balance”. They stated I had no active insurance or any insurance that was verified on file with them. The girls in the front were little to no help at all, I got my new insurance in February and had taken it in, in MARCH! I later on in July went in for my physical. And never received word that I “had a balance” from that visit. Now wen I went to my appointment on Monday July the 31st I was turned away because I owed almost $900 dollars because they billed it as self pay. When requesting to speak with a manager I was told no one was available. And when asked for the name of a manager so I could call the next day and ask for them by name I was refused that as well. I have since called and asked for management but have yet to receive a call back from anyone. I have been a patient for years at this clinic and love Ms. Gonzalez to bits and pieces but very displeased with this situation."
"I'm unhappy and disappointed with this Doctor's office runs. The secretaries don't use any discretion when they talk to you. The doctors don't know what they are doing they are second guessing and they order expensive unnecessary test . We always wait at this Doctor's office for two to three hours just to be seen especially if it's an emergency. ! So be very careful when visiting this Drs office !!!"
