"I have been using DR. Armendariz for about 30 years. Although I don't see him most of the time, his PAs are very good. They personalized each of my visits. Yes sometimes it is hard to get thrugh the phone. I have recommended family members and are happy with him."

"I scheduled an appointment to get my maintenance medications refilled. I showed up the day of my appointment to find the clinic closed and workers performing remodeling. I called the clinic number and was transferred to an after hours call center where I explained the reason for my appointment and was assured my message would be passed along. Never heard back. I am now out of medication and I call the clinic again to follow-up. I was told by receptionist that they called me and rescheduled me on another day. I told her that was not true, and I am out of meds need a refill and I can reschedule at a later date. She proceeded to tell me that Dr. Armendariz would not refill my maintenance meds event hough i have been on them for over 2 years without a visit. These are for BP and cholesterol. It seems Dr. Armendariz is more interested in greed than the wellbeing of his patients. I will be getting my care elsewhere from now on."

"How is this kind of practice still in business???? This is obviously insurance driven "medical " practice and unfortunately taking advantage of the no questions asking border community!! Be aware... Dr. Armendariz has a history of medicaid fraud in the past. What a shame. Definitely NOT going back!!!"

"Time to get a new provider!!! First, you will naver see an M.D Always NPs PAs even when u request they will send you with someone else, Ive been a patient for around 8 years. Today i had my app i specifically asked for Dr. armendariz. Didnt happen. They send my prescriptions to my pharmacy. They didn't have the antibiotic until monday, of course i wasnt gonna wait feeling this bad,so i had to call dif pharmacies one by one, when i found one ,i called the their office so they could submit the prescription,they told me to wait and that they will call me back. 2 hrs later and nothing. I called back and the person who answered was so rude and told me i wasnt the only patient that they will return my call , and after almost 5 hrs they never called and now they are closed. And i will have to spend the whole weekend feeling like hell... They clearly dont care about the patients. We are just numbers to them. Do your self a favor and find someone else."

"Great experience for myself! I can only talk about my own experience. Making the appointment was easy and when you go in for your appointment, they help you very quickly. They are very thorough with their care and Dr. Armendariz and all the staff are amazing! I feel happy that I have a provider that cares for his patients and that truly helps."
