"My whole family have been seeing both Haidarian and the Nurse Practitioner Ceci, for almost 10yrs. Her practice front office staff and bedside manner has significantly worsened, Ceci and Haidarian are dismissive and don't take the time to listen to us. They haven't prioritized us as patients consistently dismissing our words saying we are fine. They don't make them selves available to us thier scheduling is terrible they close at 4pm so there's no time to see them after work they are closed Fridays and the whole weekend so good luck taking time off to go see them while you work. Recently we had a family friend who was also seeing them consistently complaining about digestive issues only to again be dismissed. That friend transferred to see a different PCP and was immediately diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. This lack of care and patient follow through and empathy could have caused our friend her life. Do not go see them if you care even a little about your life and well being mentally and physically."

"If you are going to see anyone at Westwind Medical Associates, I would definitely recommend Cecilia Marquez, she is a Nurse Practitioner who is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in treating patients. Her knowledge of medicine and treatments is equivalent, if not more so, than most doctors in our community."

"Botox injections. I asked to have my "11" done. I bought 40 units for $399 and expected the doctor to use some that day, but she told me the 40 units were all to be used that day and proceeded to put all the units around my eyes. .. the injections hurt and then she told me she was going to raise my eyebrow... WHT ended up happening was one eyebrow went further up, one drooped and it is quite embarrassing ... went back for a follow up...nothing to be done about it, apparently. I have had botox before on my "11" with great success. I think I need to go ANYWHERE else. Very sad office"
